Unable to export/backup site #439

Export didn't finish and didn't prepare exportFull.vz. 
Same problem I have with every day backup plugin, which also didn't prepare any 
file under /tmp folder.

I can send access to my site http://www.seppia.cz/home where are problems 
detected. It is running on Vosao 0.8

Got the same problem with Vosao 0.9. I have no plugins installed and when I try 
to export the site only the counter increases. There are no error messages 
displayed. Also I currently have less content then in the initial setup, so the 
backups should take <30 secs, what seems to be the maximum that is allowed as 
running time for a process on Appspot.

As I am currently developing the site backups are extremely important. Also I 
can't publish the site without running backups.

The Full site export on version 0.9.7 doesn't work for me, it was still running 
after 5 minutes.

The "Site, pages, and resources" option did work though and took about 10 
seconds.

Is there an explanation anywhere of the differences between "Site, pages, and 
resources" and "Full site" exports?
