Tools for testing and benchmarking #2

Following tools should be added

[x] Travis CI (auto testing after each push)
[x] Code Coverage
[x] Google Benchmark
[ ] Appveyor CI (Windows testing)
[ ] Mocking lib (Fakeit, Googlemock, Hippomock)
[ ] Clang tidy or equivalent

Additional Travis setup:

[x] Ubuntu 17.10 with docker
[ ] Setup Vulkan support ( http://asawicki.info/news_1655_how_to_use_vulkan_sdk_with_appveyor_and_travis_ci.html )
[ ] Setup OpenGL support - virtual display needed. [x] Stop recompiling the library with each cmake call
