The class should have branchless direct access to nodes using bitmasks. See the last version of
this link
Use a template parameter to set a constant depth.
Store nodes in
std::array<Node*,...>
with
max_depth
dependent size.
std::array<Node*,...>
withmax_depth
dependent size.
