Tasks for scripts in scripts/

Scripts in setup/:

[x] Replace create_*scripts in with a single script.
[ ] Replace all short scripts (<10 LoC) with a single bash script with different functions/modes.

Scripts in scripts/experiments/:

[ ] Replace all scripts with a single script loader/drive.go in Golang.

Scripts in scripts/metrics, util, warmup:

[ ] Replace with a single docs/useful_commands.md file because it seems they are nearly all oneliners to be invoked manually.

Scripts in scripts/isolation:

[ ] Replace with a single script .
