Summary

Add function to the create_multinode setup script to generate and distribute the SSH key to all other nodes.

Implementation Notes :hammer_and_pick:

Generate an RSA key pair for the loader node
Copy the RSA public key to the local loader node
Distribute the RSA public key from the loader node to all other nodes
