Describe the bug

Seems that Istio installation is the problem. However, @cvetkovic checked that the vHive cluster installation works on bare metal.

Istiod encountered an error: failed to wait for resource: resources not ready after 5m0s: timed out waiting for the condition

We should fix this after the submission deadline next week.

seems to work as of now
