Code compiled and running but robot arm not moving #1

Got code compiled and running as armbot.exe but nothing is happening with the TeachMover. Running Windows 7 with usb-serial adapter cable with Proliflic chip/driver. Verified serial communication with PuTTY and loopback test. Robot moves fine with teach pendant. Serial is connected to right side serial port on robot. Not sure what else to look for?

Hi, mmmh if you open the application then navigate to the settings tab, there is a dropdown with all the COM ports detected when the application initializes, can you maybe check if the COM port bound to the Teach Mover is listed, if not u can try hit the refresh button to re-run the port scanner function. also once connected to the right port you need to make sure the Baud Rate on the Teach Mover is the same with the one selected on the application. although the default is 9600. if issue still not resolved feel free to ask any more questions. Could you please also attach your Teach Mover's Specification Document.
