Installation for Rails 4.0 #208

How would I install the active_scaffold_vho and active_scaffold_sortable_vho gems for Rails 4.0.4?

If you need Rails 4.0 support please switch to official activescaffold project. I will update some day in the future but currently I ve got no need for it.
