removed margin so that the menus are completely highlighted on hover removed bottom dashed line on last one aligned deeper menu headers to actions

Hi Jeff,

it s me again and I found another issue (hower not sure if that was introduced with your change) If you have an action-group in a nested controller it does nt look correct. Each action item s high is less than in non nested mode and if you have an icon in front there is no padding between image an text....
