added some json files pointing to openlexicon datasets #83

Hello,

Here are some json files with links to some datasets (lexical ressources) Feel free to integrate them or not.

Note that my json files contain a md5sum field to compare the local vs remote versions. (I iuse it in the R fetcher https://github.com/chrplr/openlexicon/blob/master/datasets-info/fetch_datasets.R)
