Change references to MMP to Nomos

• Page titles
• Get Involved page (two references)

I've purged the legacy code /scripts/

Renamed the github repo to 'nomos'. Updated the github wiki articles to say nomos Updated the MMP_FROM_EMAIL to NOMOS_FROM_EMAIL in the config.ini

there may yet be some references, especially in the web UI

• "Get Involved" page has wrong repo name
• "mmpApp" needs to be changed, but that's pretty big and needs to be tested well
