Porting to NBitcoin.Altcoins #2

I advise you to deprecate this and port to https://github.com/MetacoSA/NBitcoin/tree/master/NBitcoin.Altcoins . It makes it very easy to test then include to NBXplorer. (This is almost completely copy/paste of what you did)

Make a pull again because I refactored it like 3H ago and broke stuff. (I removed the dup code into a base class so it is even easier)
