Tasks should be linked to the SonarQube issues

For easier findings and more information on the issues, the tasks in the quests should be linked to the actual SonarQube issues.

So we probably need an additional field for the link in the table "task"...

Required: new tab in the UI: Admin -> SonarQube where the server URL and the project name can be entered.

Also it should be possible to "Ping" the SonarQube-Server from the UI to see if it can be reached.

Where the Link works so far:

UI -> Quests -> My Quests (top half) -> Zoom in -> Tasks
UI -> Gamemaster -> Quests -> New/Edit Quest -> Add free Tasks-Dialogue Window (three slashes and plus-Symbol)

Where it is still missing:

[ ] - UI -> Quests -> Available Quests (bottom half) -> Zoom in -> Tasks
[ ] - UI -> Gamemaster -> Quests -> New Quest -> Tasks
[ ] - UI -> Gamemaster -> Quests -> Edit Quest (pen icon) -> Tasks
[ ] - UI -> Gamemaster -> Tasks -> Standard Tasks part (Links should be present in the overview as well as in the detail/edit-view)
