Extend Context with more detail client info

Today we have very few information in the Context regarding the client application:

• app_id

It would be very useful to extends this information with

• app_id - eg: 'leetsmeet'
• app_version - eg '1.0.0'
• app_platform - eg: 'ios'
• client_id - eg: 'MOB-ME'
• client_version - eg: '1.0'

To run a smooth transition, we will introduce a Context version. v1 will continue to accept only App_id but handle will move it to client_id.
