Improve timers accuracy #336

This PR introduces 4 metrics on requests time

requests-time : the whole requests time as the client see it
requests-handle-time : the do handle time the request
requests-pre-handle-time : the deserialization time before handling the request
requests-post-handle-time : the serialization time after handling the request

It also removes the previous
