Refactoring extract input #337

The aim of this PR is moving extract input at the highest place in handleRequest method to track times as soon as it is possible.

It also refactors metrics names: requests-time now tracks handle time with response (as the client see it) requests-handle-time stands for the former requests-time. It tracks the handle time (without response)
