Port to dotnet core

Hi,

Don't know if you guys accept PRs from the "outside". I was initially trying to port gogokit.net to dotnet core structure has I have a few ideas on to use the library but one thing preventing me to do it was HalKit itself so... why not.

Few major points:

• It's targeting netstandard1.1 so it's compatible with every platform from win8.0/.net4.5 to .net core itself.
• Deprecated all build scripts has they are doing pretty much the same as dotnet.exe pack/build.
• Updated appveyor build script accordingly.
• Test's project can be executed through dotnet.exe test or VS2015 tests explorer.
• The only code change was on HttpClientFactoryas HttpClientHandler.AutomaticDecompression now defaults to GZip | Deflate on new corefx (relevant code here) and not None. I've basically reverted factory logic to support that.

Is a port to .net standard/core clr still planned?

We can't merge this pull request since it's using the old packaging format using project.json. There is another pull request that targets netstandard 2.0 it will be merged in the next days. .
