I am getting this too
Same error as well
I'm getting this on Fedora 40 with Gnome. I wasn't getting the error while on Plasma.
Yes, this. It worked on my machine at home, but doesn't at on my work machine.
getting the same error with web or desktop
Same error with the same logs for me as well
Same error as well with a Kit Adam keyboard
I'm having this issue also, with Ergodash keyboard and Helios controller. It works fine at home where I installed all the software to flash and build the firmware. But then on my work keyboard, both through the browser and the portable app, I get this error. Home is Windows 11, work is Windows 10.
Actually, I was connecting via a USB hub - once I tried via plugging directly into one of the usb ports on my laptop, it worked fine.

@jasonmaskell Thanks for that last note. I had the same issue as you. One thing that i didnt consider was that my keyboard was connected to a dock that connects to my work computer! Once i connected it to my laptop directly it works. I wonder if something changed... it used to work connected to my dock
