I'm having this issue also, with Ergodash keyboard and Helios controller. It works fine at home where I installed all the software to flash and build the firmware. But then on my work keyboard, both through the browser and the portable app, I get this error. Home is Windows 11, work is Windows 10.

Actually, I was connecting via a USB hub - once I tried via plugging directly into one of the usb ports on my laptop, it worked fine.

@jasonmaskell Thanks for that last note. I had the same issue as you. One thing that i didnt consider was that my keyboard was connected to a dock that connects to my work computer! Once i connected it to my laptop directly it works. I wonder if something changed... it used to work connected to my dock
