Prepare viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/incquery website to the final 0.6.5 release #140

Unfortunately, this is an ASAP issue...

Tasks (roughly):

make sure that all 0.4 specific content is moved to an archived (/old) URL namespace
- if possible, do not break links that have been included in papers etc.
make sure that 0.6 content is displayed by default everywhere (site menus!)
make sure that 0.6 content is up-to-date

I have done the initial revamp, old sites are removed from menus and grouped together with "old" tag and under the incquery/old namespace: https://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/taxonomy/term/21

I have also updated the main page, the language and the examples pages for the new generation and added links from the old pages to the new.

Additionally, I played around with the menu order as well.

Further tasks:

make sure https://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/incquery/advanced is up-to-date with 0.6!
eliminate TODOs on https://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/incquery/getting_started
- add exact Xtext versions to use with the recent CI/release versions
- factor out "Creating your first query" into a separate, complete page
- add pointers to examples
sanitize https://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/incquery
- make sure it uses present tense sentences (no more "will support" etc)
- add "What is" section from https://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/incquery/old

add references to projects using IncQuery
- MDSD projects on Google Code
- Mark's project on github
create tutorial page for the TOOLS demo

As all TOOLS-related website tasks are done, I'm moving this to the next milestone.

Most of the things I wanted to do are done; two tasks remain:

create an API page for a draft version of IncQuery 0.6 API docs
create a news item once the 0.6 release is complete.

On the top of the site the Download page contains some resources about VIATRA2, and some other download sites, not related to EMF-IncQuery.

two separate subsections should be opened one for VIATRA2 and one for EMF-IncQuery for quick download links or
the content should be moved under the VIATRA2 section

For now, I simply moved the download page to be under the VIATRA2 category, and renamed the Getting started menu item under EMF-IncQuery to Installation and Getting Started'.

Most important TODO for myself: update the school and bpmn examples, and also their corresponding source gists!

An additional thing we may need (I am not sure): a Release notes with the most important new features, upgrade considerations (both from 0.4 and 0.6) and known limitations.
