The school test set started by @abelhegedus has to be completed to enable basic regression testing.

I can't finish with this task until #196 and #198 are fixed.

Both are fixed now.

Basic tests are finished. Remaining task is to experiment with a more complex testing scenario that involves model modifications and re-checking.
