pattern template doesn't work with private #290

There is a nice code template for defining patterns, but it does not work if the user already declared the pattern private.

Please clarify, what do you mean it does not work in case of already declared private pattern.

If you start a line with "private pat", then the Pattern template will not be available.

There is no easy fix for this issue - postponing it into 0.7.
