Create update site for the school example #300

also integrate it into the build infrastructure.

I have created a new update site called IncQuery Extras with the URL http://viatra.inf.mit.bme.hu/update/incquery-extra/

I plan to use this as a composite repository for any IncQuery-related stuff we don't want to include in the main update site.

Additionally to this task, I refactored the build jobs to update the CI update site only after the tests have run.
