Editing .eiqgen does not trigger the rebuilding of the project #315

This is problematic as in some cases (i.e. when some import is not resolvable), this should fix an error. The user is not notified that the project should be rebuilt.

A not too sophisticated, but hopefully working fix added to master.

Ok, second time I found a less hacky way that also doesn't work.

In both cases, the differences between @istvanrath 's configuration and mine was that I had the eiq file open in the background when I removed/added the reference to the eiqgen. In that case, it somehow got notified that it was needed to rebuild, however, closed editors did not...

Looking for a more reliable way...

We discussed this issue with @istvanrath, and if #316 is indeed fixed then this issue may be postponed, as there are no easy solution for this case.
