Prepare initial eclipse.org contribution #368

The initial contribution for Eclipse (http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/Initial_Contribution and http://www.eclipse.org/legal/guidetolegaldoc.php) should contain

about.html files in each plug-in
licence files in each feature
namespace contributions are be conform (#359)
