Update required Magicdraw version #65

V4MD uses an older version of Magicdraw for building, we should update it to 19.0 SP4. Additionally, we should not rely on a private mirror to access magicdraw to reduce dependencies on external software.

The issue was fixed: CSM 19.0 SP4 is used as a dependency from our internal mirror, and the test snapshots were regenerated.
