Improve benchmark HTML report

Considering we already use R for the creation of diagrams, we might reuse knitr (examples here).

Basically, knitr allows creating a HTML template with R scripts inline. It might be worth looking at it.

Some notes on the R part of the diagram generation:

• https://github.com/FTSRG/mondo-sam/blob/0.1-maintenance/reporting/generate_diagrams.R is called with the argument values passed to https://github.com/FTSRG/mondo-sam/blob/0.1-maintenance/reporting/report.py without the parameter names
  • the last line published the configured plots, using https://github.com/FTSRG/mondo-sam/blob/0.1-maintenance/reporting/shiny/results/Publisher.R#L15
  • Instead, we need to call plot <- plotContainer$createPlot(filterContainer) to retrieve the final plot for a given configuration
  • Then this plot object can be used in knitr to be printed
