[multi-runs scenic] Not clear to the user that AUCell was run on subset of the data stored in Regulons row attribute

Possible solution (involving SCope):

• Save the settings used to filter the regulons and target genes before running AUCell on the aggregated regulons from the different runs.
• *Add input fields to set custom settings (regulon size and gene occurrence threshold).
• The regulon gene table should contain the gene occurrence and whether it's passing the filter defined the by the input fields (see *).
• Tell the user that AUCell was run with specific thresholds (see *)

SCope version 1.7.2 correctly and only displays the target genes that passed the filter (see config/multi_runs.config from scenic module).
