Allow for [N, C, X, Y, Z] data representation

Various things to take into account here:

How to store these datasets? Convert all data in the background to HDF5?
How to visualize these datasets? Another slider for the channel dimension or simply using external tools?
Training should not be too difficult by adjusting the input dimensions of the model
