Also remove f-strings
Standardises a "Chapter Review" section at the end of each chapter with some simple questions and answers inline.
Adds clearly marked "Extra Exercise" questions after regular exercises with the question hidden. You can reveal the question by clicking on the "extra exercise" text.
Adds solutions for the extra questions
