CGI mode support? #90

Hi! Can add to vibe.d FastCGI (or similar) mode for serving through local unix sockets?

This is certainly a possibility but I can't give a time estimation for such a feature, if I have to do it myself, as there are currently a lot of open features with higher priority (for me of course). A possible alternative can be to use a reverse proxy configuration instead (vibe.d also has a reverse proxy, so putting the other server behind it would also work)
