Firstly, the text file is editable. We have not restricted access.
In our UG, we do recommend people to not interfere with the text file to prevent any sort of issues while running the application.
Furthermore, we have a process command where Users are actively encouraged to edit the text file and add many students.
In conclusion, my group feels like we have met the requirements stated for TP. A mere recommendation to not play with fire does not mean people dont burn things down.

Reason for disagreement: The point "6. Please do not edit the save files Student_Information.txt or student_archive.txt ." does not sound like a recommendation. If it did, it would have been something like 'We recommend you not to edit the file....." The words "Please do not edit" clearly shows that it is a restriction and not a recommendation. There is a huge difference between recommendation and restriction.
Furthermore, the process command text file you are talking is to add new students to the 'masterlist' and not about editing the already stored data.
Thus I think this is still a valid bug.
In the Quick Start it is mentioned to not edit the save files. However, this contradicts a tp constraint shown below.
