Adding new Color Schemes: Split Complementary & Tetradic #178

Hello Team,

I tried to submit a PR of a color palette a few weeks ago but I realized the new feature would fit better if created as a color scheme. I think these new color schemes would be a great addition to your existing color templates.

BTW I'm currently working on adding the Split Complementary scheme in the nsarray extensions.
