Ensure proper services activation for a reboot #189

There may be some issues in proper setup for restart of services. named-chroot among others may not be getting enabled (it did not restart after a reboot in Atlantis).

named-chroot definitely not starting... it's started during ipconf.sh but not being set enabled.
