Operations of Spring Gap PH and contributing reservoir Pinecrest Lake are currently performing poorly. This also likely influences the similarly poorly performing Lyons Reservoir:
These are possibly (probably?) due to a recent transition from a Stanislaus-specific calculation of PH water demand to the common calculation used by USJ. The near-term solution will likely be to restore the original Stanislaus-specific PH_Water_Demand.py.
