Need to organize pre- and post-processing scripts #88

Pre- and post-processing scripts are not organized into one central place, and they should be before project is over.

I think generally now scripts are organized okay. Preprocessing and postprocessing scripts are each organized into respective top-level folders. There may be some need to continue in this effort, but it is good enough to close this issue for now.
