How to setup if memcached is in different server #6

I have tried this with memcached installed on zabbix server, but if I want to monitor memcached on a different server, how to configure it? I tried just adding the template to the host but get nodata. Please advise.

NVM, I had to bind memcached on public interface and allow port 11211 in firewall. All works now! Thanks! :)
