Make instructions more concise
Standardize capitalization of GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
Update instructions and screenshots to reflect some UI changes
Add missing alt tags to images
Remove redundant title tags from images
Add 'AFTER_PULL' details
Add Bitbucket settings instructions
