Approve and publish images used in static pages in Cumulus

Images from FoV 1, used in the bioregions and interplay with fire pages, are still in the Library catalogue. They need to be approved and published.

• [ ] Update image links in vicflora/vicflora-content.

Moved into backlog, as this will have to wait until after we go live, as otherwise it will break the images in the current pages.
