Partial soyjak upstream that I improved a bit a lot.
~~Haven't immediately merged because I am second guessing how I did it.
Soyjak has it error and say "Disallowed board," this upstream has it display like any normal search error, but am second guessing if I should just make it so that the boards do not show up and turn it into a blacklist.~~
I turned it into a normal blacklist. "Do it right, or do it again!"
