Servo and Mechanism torque specs #26

Take a look at the servos and the torque specs to see how much weight the head 
can move.

At a first cut, it looks like it'll /lift/ a little more than a kilogram - 
we'll probably want to be substantially back from that for acceleration 
reasons, but it does look pretty good.

Also, as a benchmark for what kinds of forces we need to develop to keep paths 
correct at speed, taking a .1mm radius turn at 30mm/s is about 1g of 
acceleration.

Correction: a bit under a kilogram. I wasn't looking at the worst-case 
position. 850g. That's right about at stall, and that's assuming that the units 
they're labeling as "kg" are kg*cm*9.8(m/s^2)

We have plenty of torque with the gearing we have to boost the encoder 
resolution.
