Encoder Board Layout #34

Design and generate layout for Encoder PCB.

Status: Currently on Rev. 4, pending review. Layout may require changes in 
mounting hole size and/or placement of the encoder IC.

~ 8 hrs. allotted to this task thus far.

3/17/12 Update: Rev. 5 is up on SVN. Encoder centered on board, connectors 
moved to back side of board, and clearance holes sized appropriately for 8-32 
screws.

~ 2 hrs spent on the update.

Corrected the ribbon connector width on this layout (was .26", needed to be 
.36" to account for the width of the shroud) and updated the DXF to indicate 
it. Didn't take long on my part, but it's worth noting for when Mark gets back.

Reduced size, centered encoder, and moved all components (except connectors) 
topside.
