So you can slow yourself down while flying.

A suggestion: the air-brake itself is dependent on the direction you are braking in, such that you can add a layer of skill with how you actually choose to slow yourself down.

Commit is a simple slowdown effect, not full directional airbrakes as mentioned in the PR.
