Multiplayer Mod!! #21

I am sure this has been requested many many times, but a multiplayer mod would be amazing. I have been searching the internet far and wide but have not been able to find one. I think it would be so awesome to have one, and if there is one please let me know...

Unfortunately given the fact that Superflight wasn't written with modding in mind, I don't know if a multiplayer mod is doable. I would love to see some kind of multiplayer as well and I'll be sure to add that if I think of a way it can be done, but at this point it's unlikely.

Sorry to chime in late, but I had a thought.

There is a pseudo-multiplayer that may truly be what would fill the loneliness the game inherently has.

My idea is this: the ability to share trails. Integrating them into the game is a dream, such that we can share the trail itself in realtime, but the alternative is fine for us who are dedicated enough. Let's be honest, you made an amazing patcher, but it still takes effort most wouldn't go through, in order to play Superflight. That being said, performing some manual labor to download and actually "plug in" someone else's trail into your game isn't that big of a deal.

tl;dr: The ability to share trails, so we can have a "multiplayer" experience.

This is a really interesting idea that has a much higher chance of being achievable. I'm going to create a new github issue specifically for sharing a trails since it isn't exactly the "multiplayer experience" that I think most people are imagining.
