Add nbapy and automatically generate HTML file #3

Added the nbapy module that allows for easy access to the API of nba.com
Win percentage as a function of time is calculated and plotted in a PNG file
Win percentage is shown on website
HTML file is automatically generated during run of script

To use:

Change the path to your python command at the top of NBAparser_v2.py
Move NBAparser_v2.py and the template.html to the gh-pages branch
In terminal run NBAparser_v2.py with './NBAparser_v2.py'
