Changes:

  1. Added Items, Parts, Item dispatchers, Config files
    1. Items stack up inside the tank to make parts upgrade
    2. Players pick up lots of items and shove them into tanks
    3. Players can die but can respawn
    4. Tanks have very limited battery and must feed from dead tanks' battery
  2. Improved player hands picking up items
  3. Improved pause when screen is disabled
  4. Improved upgrade curve, so now snowballing is less easy to happen
