Add resources to Competitive Programming topic #238

Some possible suggestions are - sites which teach algorithms, sites which interactively visualize different algorithms. Also, notebooks/question pages of ACM themed contests can be added.

From personal experience, CodeWars is the best for absolute beginners who want to slowly develop over time. HackerRank can be used for the more advanced programmers

https://www.udemy.com/course/competitive-programming-algorithms-coding-minutes/ It is the best resourse out there,it covers all the topics from basics like time complexity,spanning tress,dp etc. it's paid but you can get it for less in sale and it's worth it....
