Removal of clamp from book? #14

Hello I am going to remove clamp from book image. Is it possible to use this repository for this? IMG_000002

IMHO, it is feasible to apply the tool in this repository to remove the clamp. What's more, since the clamp is transparent, you could simply mask out the opaque part of the clamp to let the tool paint it. To totally remove the clamp, maybe you could use some post-processing techniques like brightness adjustment.

Thank you for your inform. And then, I tried to apply this, but result is not so good.. How can I improve it? Because it is transparent, it should show the exact result without clamp.

For better discussion, maybe you could provide the mask image you used and the result image you got.

Sorry for late reply, you could try the mask I uploaded. I think this will reduce the problem size. mask2
