No thumbnail for non-admin account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While logged into standard user account, install as admin (required on Win7 
64 bit)
2. No thumbnails will be present for user account
3. Log in as admin and thumbnails will be seen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the behavior to be consistent across all accounts, user or admin

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried looking through the registry to see if I could deduce some difference 
between the admin account and the user account and couldn't see anything based 
on my searches.  I also attempted to clear the icon cache from the user's app 
data\local folder.

Wait ... negate that. Apparently I had to clear my thumbnail cache several 
times before it started working.  Sorry about that.
