Problems with module #12

Hi, When i start the module o have this message: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors After few hours MM is black . How i can fix this problem pls.

I'm having the same problem. The screen goes blank or at times it freezes - nothing changes.
