Were needed on my machine (one is for case-sensitive file systems; another looks like a missing .pch file in the repo which made the build stop)

There is already an app/Vico-Prefix.pch file, with a capital P. This should be fixed in the Makefile instead.

ok for the Carbon.h diff.

I think it's simpler if you make those changes and close this pull request.
